In a professional career of almost 40 years, he developed a firm which is renowned locally and internationally for its expertise in commercial and corporate, banking & finance, intellectual property, life sciences & pharmaceuticals and commercial litigation practices in Turkey.
Ali Polat has a specific focus on commercial litigation and also leads the litigation & dispute resolution division of the firm, together with Ipek Tosun. Ali has a wealth of legal experience and technical knowledge of transactions. Ali has advised many financial institutions in their commercial litigation proceedings, including Yurtbank.
